Obsessed With Cellulite, Weight Watcher Desserts And Diet Pills?
July 13th, 2010Almost everybody, women especially, generally are plagued by cellulite. Living obsessed with cellulite could be called the latest national pastime. Save your breath! Don’t you deserve to arm yourself with the right information before starting the war on unsightly fat?
Unless you are fresh out of the womb, or a teenager, you may be in that “luckiest” part of the statistical findings that recognize that word, but are yet to show any interest in all the cellite reduction facts and myths floating out there today. And then there are those of us, who live in the real world. The majority of women who are the lucky owners of that embarrassing uncharacteristically rough, dimpled, don’t shoot me for using the term: ‘cottage cheese’ like skin who are hoping to find an answer for the cellulite we are constantly trying to cover, hide or camouflage.
Mind you, it’s not fair. Of course, you have not deliberately said, ‘..please, please, God, let me have more cellulite on my body, I’m begging you! - just a guess, right? The reality is is staring you straight in the face. At some point, you have discovered your thighs, gut, lower back, upper leg, plus the epidermis that surrounds each, that are not regularly prone to cellulite, but as you already know, have indeed been weighing on your thoughts for some time, now and enough is enough, you want to take the necessary actions to get back in control.
You might be as thin as your index finger, babble on to your friends and family about all that you can eat without even thinking about it, without adding a single, discouraging pound to be gained as a result. Even with those kind of genetics you aren’t escaping the dread of cellulite. A lot of people just like you think they have no reason to worry, because they exercise, watch your health, and eat a healthy diet, but cellulite doesn’t care, and it is almost inevitable it will be showing up like a pimple on the tip of your nose. Not welcome, of course. How to get rid of cellulite is an old puzzle that hundreds of thousands of people will wisely choose their words, and pull their teeth just to tease you of the miracle in a box, package or tube that is destined to fix cellulite skin with ease. Such things upset me.
What should one do when you prescribe the “weight watchers” way of thought, have very specifically been watching your calories and “eating” weight watchers desserts like there was no food to be found? And yet, with all your attempts you keep thinking to yourself: this is why I’m fat?
To be honest, the fat hiding under our skin, cellulite, at least the way we think of it, those fatty deposits found in our body that we wish would disappear, not many of the ‘advance sciences’ now available are worth the trouble it takes to get results.
There are thousands of cellulite reducing products being promoted currently. And those who are so fast to endorse only one product, often have a direct affiliation with your potential sale. Not exactly the insight that is looking out for your best interests.
I could rattle on for days straight and not be done: anti-cellulite cream , the supposed best exercise for cellulite, a cellulite treatment you’d ‘kill’ yourself not to have, infrared cellulite therapy, wear anti cellulite undergarments, cellulite removal via a dermatologist prescribed routine that keeps you in his or her office for life, alternative cellulite treatments certain to have you fiddle around with oils, rubs, and baths, has a single goal in mind: to get you to throw money at what they’re selling.
Or it might be that you have taken the hook, line and sinker for an oh so compelling testimonial, printed blurb from a health and diet magazine, look at me then and look at me now photograph as all the proof they think you will need that what they ‘ironically’ are marketing really works - And guess what? - it burns: fat, cellulite, cottage cheese, or whatever you want to call it, or so they keep telling us.
Do not despair. Perhaps I can do some good, and cut out cellulite myths and the complete nonsense, before this cellulite conundrum gets the best of good intentioned people just looking for some facts. Stop being obsessed with cellulite.
