How to Lose 10 Pounds Before The Big Day

Up to now you may have been staring long and hard at the mirror, randomly cursing as you wonder how you’ll be able to lose ten pounds by then. Can you wish it off? Give it up Cinderella, wishes aren’t that magical. But don’t fret: You CAN do it. Read on to find out how!
Water, Water, and more Water!
Yes, that’s what I said: Water.
Water can help you lose weight quickly. Our bodies naturally retain water. So when we drink lots of it, our bodies decide it’s okay to loosen its death grip on that all that extra water. In fact, it’s entirely possible to lose the extra weight in less than a week.
Here’s how to lose 10 pounds: Drink a lot of water every day. By “a lot”, I mean 100 ounces every single day for a week.
You can always drink it with a little bit of lime or lemon juice if you hate drinking water. A bit of honey can help sweeten it up as well, but no matter what, just keep drinking your butt off. Literally, in this case!
Eat Smaller Portions.
A lot people don’t know that you can lose 10 pounds by eating more meals a day. Instead of eating three large meals, it’s better to eat 6 smaller meals a day. That’s right, you need to eat 6 meals a day. The thing is, they need to be much smaller portions than normal.
An example of the ideal size is 1 or 2 ounces of lean meat and, say, 1/2 cup of vegetables like spinach or some other greens. Follow that simple trick and you should have a more trim figure in time for a night out with Mr. Hot Pants.
But no matter what, you should never starve! Just eat those smaller meals more often and drink tons of water.
